Boise Police Department
April 19, 2021 – Boise, Idaho

Around 3:30pm Officers responded to multiple calls about a suspicious subject and vandalism in progress. The suspect was reported to be acting erratic, breaking sprinklers, and damaging a fence and mailbox as well as hitting cars with rocks and sticks. Another caller stated the man was carrying a metal pipe. Officers located the suspect near 18th and Franklin and confronted the suspect, who was carrying a metal pipe about one inch thick and 3 to 4 feet long. The suspect refused to cooperate and was becoming increasingly aggressive and threatening. K9 Rico was deployed to help take the suspect into custody. The suspect struck K9 Rico with the pipe and then took off running down Franklin toward nearby businesses. K9 Rico was deployed again allowing Officers to take the suspect into custody.
K9 Rico was treated for minor injuries including a concussion and released to his handler for rest and recovery.

K9 Argo
Fresno Police Department
April 10, 2021 – Fresno, California


Fresno police officers were responding to a domestic violence report with Fresno PD K9 Argo. As Officers arrived, the suspect attempted to escape through the backyard. K9 Argo tried to stop him from getting away, but the suspect used a box cutter to stab and slash at K9 Argo causing wounds to his eye, front leg, and back. Despite the attack, K9 Argo was able to maintain his hold on the suspect.
K9 Argo was rushed to a local animal hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
We send this quilt to give K9 Argo a nice place to rest while he recovers.
K9 Sam
California Highway Patrol
March 29, 2021 – Upland, California

Around 1pm a suspected hit-and-run driver fled from California Highway Patrol officers in a chase in the Diamond Bar area. The driver then left his car near homes in the San Antonio Heights area and hid in nearby brush. Officers deployed K9 Sam who was able to locate the suspect.
K9 Sam was injured during the search in the thick brush and transported to San Antonio Hospital for treatment.
We send this quilt to K9 Sam to let him know we care.
K9 Joker
Las Cruces Police Department
March 10, 2021 – Las Cruces, New Mexico

Officer were called in about a suspect that was acting suspiciously in a hotel parking lot before speeding away. Police tracked him to a trailer where his girlfriend admitted they fled in the car because they both have warrants. A K9 searched the inside of the trailer but the suspect was nowhere to be found. The second on scene, K9 Joker, was sent to search underneath the trailer. He located the suspect who would not obey commands to come out. The suspect found a piece of wood and started beating K9 Joker in the head.
The Officers were able to pull out the suspect and K9 Joker’s eye was bloody and bulging. K9 Joker was taken for treatment but has since returned to work.
We are thankful K9 Joker is back to work and send him this quilt to let him know we care.

Nunapitchuk Police Department
March 16, 2021 – Nunapitchuk, Alaska

Around 3pm Officer Cameron Thomas was shot by a suspect who he was securing in the Nunapitchuk Public Safety Building.
Officer Thomas was medivaced to Bethel for treatment in stable condition.
We provide this quilt to Officer Thomas to let him know we care.

Decatur Township Fire
March 20, 2021 – Indianapolis, Indiana

A fire occurred around midnight at the former site of the Best Inn at 4505 South Harding St., just north of Interstate 465. Firefighters found heavy smoke at the scene and trucks from Indianapolis and Decatur Township were called to fight the fire.
A firefighter, with Decatur Township Fire, was injured when he was thrown several feet in the air by a 5-inch water hose that jerked unexpectedly and caused him to land hard on the ground. He was taken to Methodist Hospital for treatment.
We provide this quilt to let him know we care.
Deputy Dustin Whitson
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office
March 23, 2021 – Hesperia, California

Deputy Dustin Whitson was responding to reports of an unwanted subject at a storage facility in Hesperia. When Deputy Whitson arrive, he found the suspect had left the area. A few minutes later Deputy Whitson located the suspect’s car at a nearby parking lot of Mojave Plaza near Bear Valley Rd and Jacaranda Ave. Upon approaching the suspect vehicle, he was shot by the suspect.
Deputy Whitson was transported to a local hospital for treatment and underwent surgery.
We provide this quilt to give some comfort while Deputy Whitson recovers.
Trooper K9 Handler D.B. Meeks and K9 Bandit
Virginia State Police
March 12, 2021 – Charlotte County, Virginia



Around 4:30m Trooper D.B. Meeks and K9 Bandit responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle driving around a private property on Ridgeway Farm Lane. Trooper Meeks arrived on scene and say a vehicle leaving the property, so he activated his lights to try to stop the vehicle, but the suspect vehicle then rammed Trooper Meeks and drove away at a high speed. Throughout the pursuit the suspect continued to ram both Trooper Meeks’ vehicle and the vehicle of a Charlotte County Deputy who was helping with the pursuit.
Trooper Meeks’ patrol car was hit so many times by the suspect vehicle, during the pursuit, that it eventually became inoperable. The suspect finally stopped and tried to run away. Trooper Meeks and K9 Bandit along with other authorities pursued on foot and were able to apprehend the suspect.
Trooper Meeks and K9 Bandit received treatment for minor injuries that resulted from the impact of the suspect vehicle hitting the patrol car so many times during the pursuit.
We provide these quilts to Trooper Meeks and K9 Bandit to let them know we care.
K9 Corporal Brandon Donahue and K9 Scout
Marion County Sheriff’s Office
March 16, 2021 – Marion County, Florida



Cpl Brandon Donahue went to a home in Marion County to find a suspect with several outstanding warrants for his arrest. After spotting Cpl Donahue approaching, the suspect attempted to flee and pulled a handgun. He began to violently resist Cpl Donahue and K9 Scout. A long, violent struggle then occurred over the handgun, during which the suspect bit Cpl Donohue on his arm and hand, choked K9 Scout and bit him in the ear.
Both Cpl Donahue and K9 Scout had to be treated for their injuries.

Virginia State Police
March 11, 2021 – York County, Virginia



Around 3am on the eastbound side of I-64 near Exit 243 in York County a Trooper was stationary on the left shoulder running radar. A large SUV ran off the roadway, striking the Trooper from behind.
The Trooper was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
March 17, 2021 – Suffolk, Virginia
Around 5am a Virginia State Trooper was sitting in the median across from the VDOT weigh station running radar on I-664 on the Suffolk side of the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel. The Trooper was facing northbound traffic when his vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle. The driver had fallen asleep behind the wheel.
The Trooper was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.

Corporal A.C. Berry
Horry County Police Department
March 16, 2021 – Conway, South Carolina

Corporal A.C. Berry and another vehicle were involved in a crash that happened near Country Club Drive and Long Avenue Extension around 4pm.
Officer Berry was taken to a local hospital and was being treated for his serious injuries.
We send this quilt to provide comfort to him while he recovers.

Orlando Police Department
March 18, 2021 – Orlando, Florida

In the early am, Officers Nicholas Vandersluis and Conrad Barrios were driving a black, unmarked police car on Princeton Street near John Young Parkway when a wrong-way driver collided with them.
Officer Vandersluis injured his hip and Officer Barrios injured his ankle which required both to undergo surgery.
We send this quilt to Officer Vandersluis to let him know we care.
Officer Josh Baker
Nashville Metro Police Department
March 12, 2021 – Nashville, Tennessee

Around 9:30 am Officer Josh Baker pulled over a vehicle because he recognized it as one owned by a convicted felon wanted on six drug warrants. The suspect was not in the car, so Officer Baker radioed the situation was under control. Officer Baker questioned the driver about the vehicle and the driver told Officer Baker the car is now hers. During the questioning, the driver admit that she had marijuana in her purse and did not have identification. Officer Baker asked the driver to exit her vehicle and stop going thru her purse. Upon search of the drivers purse a baggie of white powdery substance was also found.
At this time Officer Baker asked the driver to turn around and attempts to place handcuffs on her wrists, she pulls away, and that’s when things turn violent. She grabs her purse from the trunk of the car and begins running around the vehicle as Officer Baker shouts that she is about to be Tasered. As Officer Baker orders her to get down on the ground, the suspect reaches for her keys in her purse and gets back into the car. The taser does now stop the suspect from resisting arrest and she will still not exit the vehicle. The suspect then moves her right arm and grabs a gun from her purse. Officer Baker asks the suspect to put down her gun, but shots ring out and Officer Baker is struck under his bulletproof vest.
Officer Baker underwent surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Orlando Police Department
March 18, 2021 – Orlando, Florida

Apache Junction Police Department
March 16, 2021 – Apache Junction, Arizona

Around 4pm Officers were chasing a suspected stolen truck wanted in connection to a recent vehicle theft at a bank. The driver of truck tried to ram Officer Brian Brugman’s vehicle several times before gunshots were exchanged.
Officer Brugman was shot in the neck and was rushed to a hospital.
We provide this quilt to give Officer Brugman comfort while he recovers.
Deputy Corey Cooke
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office
March 19, 2021 – Magnolia, Texas

Around 8pm Deputies including Deputy Corey Cooke responded to calls of a man who fired shots at his neighbor near Magnolia Hills Drive and Allyson Drive. When the Deputies arrived, the suspect opened fire on them.
Deputy Cooke was hit by pellets in the arm, leg and head. He was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.
Deputy Pam Munson delivered this quilt to Deputy Cooke to let him know we care.

Sergeant Jason Lenhardt
Toledo Police Department
March 14, 2021- Toledo, Ohio

The Metro Drug Task Force executed a raid at a residence in the 1900 block of Clarendon in Toledo. Authorities found more than 100 grams of cocaine prepared for resale, along with scales and cash. During the raid a suspect caused serious physical harm to Sgt Jason Lenhardt while being arrested.
Sgt Lenhardt was hit in the head and body. He was taken to a local hospital and was diagnosed with a concussion.
We send this quilt to Sgt Lenhardt to provide comfort while he recovers.

Maui Fire Department
January 4, 2021 – Kalu, Hawaii

A fire on Mauna Place started around 9:30pm in a carport. When firefighters got there, they found the carport engulfed in flames. While fighting the fire a firefighter was injured and taken to the hospital.
We send this quilt to let this firefighter know we care.

Villa Rica Police Department
April 12, 2021 – Carroll County, Georgia

A chase started around 3:30am when a Trooper registered a vehicle going 111 mph on I-20 in the Bremen area. The Trooper pulled the car over, but it took off. At one point, the Trooper successfully disabled the vehicle using a PIT maneuver, but the driver was able to get control of the vehicle again and speed away. During the chase, the passenger in the suspect vehicle used a rifle and shot at the Trooper’s patrol car, disabling it. Local agencies joined the chase as it crossed into Carroll County and traveled through Carrollton and Villa Rica. Multiple rounds were fired from the suspect vehicle during the chase, striking the vehicles of the Officers. The chase continued until the suspect vehicle crashed near an elementary school in Villa Rica.
Carroll County Deputy Jay Repetto, Carrollton Police Sgt Rob Holloway, and Villa Rica Police Officer Chase Gordy were all injured during the chase. Officer Gordy was shot twice and underwent surgery at Grady Memorial Hospital. Sgt Holloway was hit by gunfire and injured but continued his pursuit and later crashed into a utility pole. He was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital. Deputy Repetto was shot in the arm and flown to Atlanta Medical Center.
We provided this quilt to Officer Gordy to provide comfort while he recovers. We thank Quilt for Cops volunteer Michele Bautsch and her son, Matt for hand delivery this quilt to the police chief.

April 12, 2021 – Carroll County, Georgia

March 20, 2021 – Snoqualmie Pass, Washington

Around 9am on EB I90 at MP 51 near Franklin Falls Trooper Michael Porter was responding to an abandoned vehicle facing the wrong direction. While he was investigating a pickup truck lost control and struck his patrol vehicle.
Trooper Porter was taken to the hospital with neck, back and ankle injuries.
We provide this quilt to give Trooper Porter comfort while he recovers.
EMT Clayton Anders
American Medical Response
February 20, 2021 – Antioch, California

Around 9pm Fire fighter Preston Pangilla and EMT Clayton Anders were responding to a medical emergency call for a person with a severe abdominal wound at the 1900 block of Auto Center Drive. When they arrived on scene they were struck by gunfire. The suspect then led police on a car chase from Contra Costa County to Emeryville before being arrested after a foot chase on 2208 Macdonald Avenue in Richmond.
Firefighter Pangilla was shot in the foot and EMT Anders was shot in the leg.
We provide this quilt to EMT Anders to give him comfort while he recovers.

New Lexington Police Department
March 7, 2021 – New Lexington, Ohio

Officers were initially dispatched to a three-car collision in the area of Ohio 13 and West Broadway at around 7:30pm. Officers on scene found that the driver had fled the scene of the accident, leading their investigation to the 200 block of Reading Street. During the investigation, Officers believed the suspect was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Officer Jared Duskey attempted to place the suspect under arrest, but he resisted, resulting in a struggle.
The struggle left Officer Duskey with a shoulder injury.
We send this quilt to Officer Duskey to provide him comfort while he recovers.

February 27, 2021 – North Germany Township, Minnesota

Deputy Troy Mayer pulled over a driver near 205th Avenue and 270th Street around 8:45 pm. A altercation occurred between Deputy Mayer and the driver. During this altercation another driver showed up on scene and became part of the altercation.
Officer Jason Worm from the Sebeka Police Department showed up. One of the drivers shot at Deputy Mayer and Officer Worm. All four people in the struggle were shot.
We send this quilt to Officer Worm to let him know we care.

February 27, 2021 – North Germany Township, Minnesota

Deputy Troy Mayer pulled over a driver near 205th Avenue and 270th Street around 8:45 pm. A altercation occurred between Deputy Mayer and the driver. During this altercation another driver showed up on scene and became part of the altercation.
Officer Jason Worm from the Sebeka Police Department showed up. One of the drivers shot at Deputy Mayer and Officer Worm. All four people in the struggle were shot.
We send this quilt to Deputy Mayer to let him know we care.
Detective Joseph North East
Thomasville Police Department
March 4, 2021 – Thomasville, North Carolina

Around 1pm on I-85 near mile marker 6, a suspect was on his motorcycle and was spotted without a registration plate. A Deputy had spotted the suspect and the suspect accelerated, almost crashed into two vehicles, and then went faster, reaching speeds of 120 miles per hour. He turned around and went the wrong way into oncoming traffic and almost a second Deputy who tried to pull him over. The pursuit then continued into Davidson County.
Around 1:30pm Detective Joseph Driggers had just stepped out of his vehicle along business 85 and Kanoy Road. The mobile roadblock officers executed stopped the suspect in his tracks until he quickly accelerated, crashing into Det Driggers and throwing him 15 feet back.
Det Driggers was flown to a local hospital where he has had a few surgeries. He will likely be in a wheelchair for a while.
We provide this quilt to Det Driggers to provide comfort while he recovers.

North East Fire Company, Inc
February 10, 2021 – North East, Maryland

Firefighters responded to a dwelling fire in the 100 block of Superior Court in North East.
Three firefighters were burned, and one suffered a hand injury. Two of the burned firefighters were flown to a local hospital. The third was transported by ambulance.
One firefighter suffered burns to 40 – 50% of his body. We send this quilt to provide comfort to this firefighter while he recovers.
Deputy Andrea Moore
Thurston County Sheriff’s Office
March 26, 2021 – Yelm, Washington

Deputy Andrea Moore was responding to a report of an unwanted visitor at a house on the 16900 block of Holly Street. Shortly after arriving on scene, she was stabbed by the unwanted visitor.
Deputy Moore was transported to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia where she was in serious but stable condition and underwent surgery.
We send Deputy Moore this quilt to give her comfort while she recovers.
K9 Daro
Durham Police Department
March 30, 2021 – Durham, North Carolina

Officers were attempting to apprehend a suspect around 1:30 pm in the 1900 block of Morehead Avenue. The man was wanted for multiple larcenies in the downtown area. As Officers moved to take him into custody, they saw the suspect was armed with a handgun. As the officer attempted to seize the gun, the suspect ran to a wooded area nearby.
K9 Daro was helping officers track the suspect when the suspect shot him and then took off.
We send this quilt to K9 Daro to let him know we care.

January 26, 2021 – Harris County, Texas

Two deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person around 6pm in the area of Forestburg and Veterans Memorial drives. When they arrived, a man pulled out a gun and began firing at them. Deputy Barragan was hit several times and the other Deputy was able to return fire.
Deputy Barragan suffered injuries to his hands, cheek and back.
We thank Quilts for Cops volunteer Sheri Cortez with Family Assistance for delivery this quilt to Deputy Barragan.

March 20, 2021 – Chicago, Illinois

During an investigation of reported gunfire on the city’s West Side, an Officer was shot in the hand. The suspected shooter barricaded himself inside an address in the same area and fired additional shots at Officers.
The female Officer was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
We send her this quilt to let her know we care.

February 27, 2021 – Wichita, Kansas



Officers were called to check out a vacant home in the 1400 block of South St. Francis around 4pm. The homeowner called 911 to report she had discovered damage to the home and thought someone may be inside. The Officers got the keys from the homeowner and went through the front door. A modified loaded shotgun was inside the vacant home which was triggered to go off when someone entered the home.
The blast injured three Officers who all were transported to local hospitals.
We send these quilts to these Officers to provide them comfort while they recover.

Milwaukee Police Department
February 10, 2021 – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Officers came upon a two-car accident around 3:15pm near Center and Teutonia Avenue and saw an individual flee on foot from one of the vehicles involved.
The suspect entered a separate vehicle, fled, and dragged the two Officers with the stolen vehicle. Both Officer suffered injuries.
We send these quilts to these Offices to let them know we care.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department
March 22, 2021 – Meridian, Mississippi

A chase started just after midnight in Newton County. Newton Deputies were trying to stop a man who then led Officers into Lauderdale County where law enforcement was standing by with spike strips at the Lost Gap exit. Riding only on rims, the suspect eventually turned onto Hwy 513 near Rose Hill where his car started catching fire. At the end of the chase when the suspect tried to get out and run, Deputy Ravean Matthews was getting out of her squad car when she was hit by another deputies vehicle.
Deputy Matthews suffered a broken leg.

February 23, 2021 – Bonneau, South Carolina

Corporal Tyler Clark’s vehicle was traveling west on Hwy 52 with its emergency equipment activated. A pickup truck was attempting to make a left turn from Shelly Street onto U.S. 52 when a collision occurred.
Corporal Clark was taken to Trident Medical Center, and K9 Fox was taken to an emergency veterinarian.
We send this quilt to K9 Fox to let him know we care.

February 23, 2021 – Bonneau, South Carolina

March 1, 2021 – Monon, Indiana

A fire started sometime around 9:45am which is when a neighbor to the residence at 3756 E. Polk Loop called the White County 911 center. A double wide manufactured home was north of Monticello and east of Monon was fully engulfed in flames when engines arrived.
Firefighter Trey Cobb was taken to IU White Memorial Hospital after dislocating his shoulder while assisting with the fire.

February 18, 2021 - Dallas, Texas



Officers were responding to a shooting call around 11am at the 5300 block of Bonita Avenue. When the Officers arrived on scene they were fired upon by a suspect.
Both Officers were struck by gunfire in their legs. Other Officers and members of Dallas Fire-Rescue were able to extract the Officers from the scene.

Douglass County Sheriff’s Office
March 30, 2021 – Douglass County, Georgia

A Deputy was responding to a report of an armed robbery at the Mountain Motorsports along Thornton Road near W. Market Circle. The Deputy got to the scene and came upon the suspect. He gave the suspect commands to drop her weapon and they began to struggle.
During the struggle, the suspect shot the Deputy in the leg.
A Quilts for Cops volunteer hand delivered this quilt to the Deputy to give her comfort while she recovers.

Kernersville Police Department
February 21, 2021 – Kernersville, North Carolina

Early in the morning at the Century Square Apartments Officer Sean Houle ran across a suspect from earlier in the day that had ran away from a traffic stop. When Officer Houle confronted the suspect in apartment complex and a struggle occurred. The suspect got ahold of Officer Houle’s firearm and shot him three times in the face, arm, and hand.
Update: On Tuesday March 16th around 2pm,
Officer Houle was released from the hospital. He was escorted home by multiple first responder agencies.
We send this quilt to provide comfort to Office Houle while he continues to recover at home.

East Limestone Volunteer Firefighters responded to a fire on Hall Road. Firefighters Cody Thomas and Kasey Brown were injured while battling the fire.
The department indicated that one firefighter fell and broke his leg, another’s leg was injured when part of a wall collapsed on him.

February 16, 2021 – Mercer County, West Virginia
Mercer County Sheriff's Office was investigating reports of two individuals passed out in a vehicle in the Kegley area. The driver became combative, driving away and striking Deputy J.S. Bish.
Deputy Bish was transported by ambulance to Princeton Community Hospital.
We send this quilt to Deputy Bish to let him know we care.

February 26, 2021 – Marion County, Florida
Around 7am Officer Jordan Pagano was in an accident when his patrol vehicle collided with another vehicle at SE 17th Street and SE 22nd Avenue.
Both drivers were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
We send this quilt to Officer Pagano to let him know we care.

Provo Police Department
February 25, 2021- Provo, Utah
Officers were responding to reports around 12:45pm at 900 East and 80 South, near the Vista Ridge Apartments about a man who was behaving erratically and carrying a gun. When Officers arrived on scene, he retreated into his home and began shooting.
Officer John Oseguera was shot twice and taken to a local hospital for surgery.
We send this quilt to Officer Oseguera to provide comfort while he recovers.

February 19, 2021 – Derry, New Hampshire
Officer Kevin Davies was outside of his patrol car after responding to a crash on Drew Road around 7:45am when he was struck by a car approaching the crash scene that slide on the snow covered road.
Officer Davies was able to radio for assistance before being taken to Parkland Medical Center with a serious leg injury.
We send this quilt to give Office Davies some comfort while he recovers.

About 10am an SUV on Hwy 161 had stopped to make a left turn. An Officer coming up behind the SUV rear-ended the SUV.
The Officer was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

February 22, 2021- New Market, Maryland
Around 10:45am, near the 6100 block of Green Valley Road a Deputy was responding to a vehicle incident near the 11500 block of Old Annapolis Road in Libertytown. He was involved in a multi-vehicle crash while in route.
The Deputy was taken to a local hospital for treatment of back and leg pain.
He send this quilt to let this Deputy know we care.

February 20, 2021 – Lonoke, Arkansas
Two Officers confronted a driver of an SUV parked at the local McDonalds after the vehicle was identified as connected to a North Carolina child abduction case. The driver began shooting at the Officers as he exited the SUV. Officer Cody Carpenter was shot.
Officer Carpenter was airlifted to a local hospital in
stable condition.
We send this quilt to Officer Carpenter to provide some comfort while he recovers.
K9 Storm
Wilmington Police Department
March 21, 2021- Wilmington, Delaware
Around 6:30pm Officers were flagged down on West Lea Boulevard, just east of Washington Street, by two different cars. The drivers said they thought "there was some sort of domestic incident happening" between the driver of the Jeep and a woman. Officers found the woman walking on West Lea Boulevard and crying and she indicated that the guy was trying to kidnap her. She also said the driver of the Jeep tried to grab her purse and put her in his car. Officers located man driving nearby and stopped him. Officers tried to get the man to move to a nearby gas station, but he refused commands numerous times. An Officer tried to open the driver's side door and the man speed away. Officers chased the suspect down to Edgemoor Road and Governor Printz Boulevard, where he crashed his Jeep into another car. After the crash, the suspect still refused to get out of his car and repeatedly hid one hand under the dashboard. K9 Storm was then brought in and sent to apprehend the suspect.
The suspect punched K9 Storm in the nose several times then hit it with part of his radio, injuring K9 Storm.
We send this quilt to K9 Storm to give him a nice place to rest his head while he recovers.
Trooper Paul Moak

February 16, 2021 – Jefferson County, Illinois
Around 8:30am Trooper Paul Moak was responding to a motorist assist where a vehicle had slid off into the median due to weather conditions. Once on scene, Trooper Moak pulled behind the stuck vehicle with emergency lights activated, to assist with directing traffic. While Trooper Moak was in his patrol vehicle, a pickup truck crashed into him from behind.
Trooper Moak was injured from the impact and was transported via ambulance to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
We provide this quilt to let Trooper Moak know we care.

February 15, 2021 – Joliet, Illinois
Trooper Brian frank had pulled in behind two vehicles who were involved in a crash about 11:45am on the expressway near US Route 30 and activated his emergency lights to help direct traffic. While Trooper Frank was still in his vehicle, a vehicle slammed into the back of his patrol vehicle.
Trooper Frank was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.
We send this quilt to Trooper Frank to provide comfort while he recovers.

Richland County Sheriff’s Office
February 10, 2021 – Blooming Grove Township, Ohio
Around 1:45pm near Ganges Five Point Road around Ganges East Road in Blooming Grove Township Deputy Scott Davis was passing other traffic at the scene of a call for service when a pickup truck was making a left turn onto a private driveway. Deputy Davis took evasive action to avoid hitting the pickup and went off the right side of the road hitting a rock and a mailbox before overturning.
Shiloh Fire and EMS took Deputy Davis to the Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital.

January 14, 2021 – North Bellport, New York
A crash occurred on County Route 101, near Harrison Avenue around 10pm. Officer Eric Petry and Officer Paul Rocchio were both injured when their patrol vehicle was involved in a crash with a second car.
Both Officers were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
